Why you choose to teach at CGL:

I chose to work at CGL because, I believe that every child is creative in their own way and I want to be there

to support each and every child’s interest and hobbies and help them become the person they truly are and want to become.

“Every individual matters. Every individual has a role to play. Every individual makes a difference.”- Jane Goodall

Favorite moment in the classroom:

Honestly, this will be my first year in a classroom setting with children, but for the past 12 years I have taught ages 4-6 and 7-14

in Beaver Creek, CO how to Snowboard and that outdoor world is my classroom. My favorite moment in that blue-sky, snow-filled setting.

is probably when my little ones take a tumble or two, maybe three yet still get themselves up and eventually learn how to make.

their first real turns on snow. The smile and excitement I get in return is priceless.

Hobbies and Interests:

Hockey (I love to watch it and play it! GO AVS GO!), Snowboarding, Soccer, Hiking (with my dog Grant), Road and Mountain Biking, Star Gazing,

Camping, Eating Ice Cream, Yoga (on occasions), Traveling, Quote Finding, Journal Writing, and really anything else that is AWESOME and FUN!
